I have a furnished bedroom located in North York on Bathurst and Sheppard West. I am looking to share rent with a student, single occupancy and female only. I reside in the unit with my dog, a 5lb pomeranian. You must be okay with dogs.

The building is very quiet and well maintained. It is located less than a 5 minute walk away from earl bales park and community center. The balcony provides amazing views of the park. TTC bus number 84 stops in front of the apartment which is a 10 min bus ride away from sheppard west station or sheppard-yonge subway station. The bus stops frequently (every 10 min) and regularly at night. There is a plaza about a 5 minute walk away with a metro, canada post, shoppers drug mart and other stores.

Laundry is located within the building basement and is paid per load. A laundry card is provided and can be loaded at your discretion.The kitchen, bathroom and living room is shared. There are dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and kitchen appliances available to use in the kitchen. The living room has a treadmill and mirrored wall should you desire to workout. There is also an outdoor pool available during the summer months.

I work full time as an accountant and am fully wfh. In my spare time I like to play badminton, go to the gym and in the winter I like to snowboard. My dog, mochi is 2.5 years old and loves to sleep. I love a quiet night in and, value a clean and tidy home.
