I am currently renting an apartment in Blackfalds, and am now looking for a full time worker/student roommate. Male preferred.

All utilities covered in the rent, plus high speed internet. You would get your own bathroom with a shower, and your own parking spot. Close to the Abbey centre. Room is unfurnished, so you would need to provide your own bed/dresser/etc.

Laundry/Living room/Kitchen would be shared with me.

No pets right now, but may be open to them in the future. Applicants must be a non smoker, non to light drinker, relaxed, and willing to keep things clean and tidy. People who enjoy gaming/nerd stuff would be a plus.

Please include a bit about yourself to help ensure you might be a good fit. Also you will need to be aware that as per the apartments property management company, roommate would have to sign on to the existing rent agreement, and undergo a credit check.

I am a 30 year old Full time IT worker. I enjoy gaming, and various nerd stuff. Non smoker, and a occasional drinker.
