We are only accepting students and contract professionals at this time due to the time allotment (3 months minimum and 6 max. months in our home) Beautiful bungalow with four private and beautiful rooms with double bed, study desk and Smart TV. Shared living room and kitchen and additional kitchenette. A large deck and front yard with BBQ. Washer and dryer available for use and RN available for fee and hot cold cereal and coffee and tea every morning included in price. Netflix and Amazon prime is included in price. .Walking path just in front of the house and around the corner from WE GO and train station as well as down town Queens street. Steps from Niagara Unversity (two minute walk) duration is now 2024-April 30/25 must vacate at end of April and reapply for next season move in Septembr 2025. All rentals are minimum 3 months to 6 months max.

There will be four roomies (female/male with police clearance for everyones safety) in the home, students and working contracted individuals only at this time . I am a RN will be in home frequently but travel a lot. All roomies will have a background check for safety for all as I have vulnerable police background check as well.
