We are only accepting students and contract professionals at this time due to the time allotment (3 ,months minimum and 6 months maxium in our home) We have four rooms available in a beautiful bungalow situated just blocks from the Niagara Gorge and directly before the gorgeous millenium torch trail (walking and biking path) . This rental room is furnished with a double bed , study table, fireplace, Smart TV . The intranet is included and the kitchen and dining area is shared. There are three shared washrooms as well as the living area and the large decks and front yard. Hot and cold cereal, coffee and tea provided every morning and Netflix and Amazon Prime all included in price. Minutes away from train station, WE GO bus and downtown Niagara Falls. If interested, also Registered nurse available for a fee. Ask about meals (for a fee) as well. This safe , clean home is absolutely perfect for a student or single working professional on contract. Stays are from present to April , minimum 3 months and max is 6 months. sorry no shorter stays and must be vacated by April 30 and can reapply for next season with preferental standing. There is one parking spot available for this room if needed. All rooms have separate locks and all roomies required to have police clearance.

There will be four roomies (female/male with police clearance for everyones safety) in the home and the owner (myself) am a RN and will be in frequently but does travel .
