We are offering a private furnished room for rental for a maximum of 2 people in the legal basement of a detached house in a quiet neighborhood, main intersection - Charolais Blvd and McMurchy Ave S. The house is near to Sheridan College, Indian Punjabi Bazaar, Gurudwara, Brampton Gateway terminal and Shopper’s World (bus stop at 200m walk from the house). The room is furnished with a shared bathroom (with one girl), kitchen and common space. Looking for professionals and students who are communicative, friendly, respectful, cooperative and maintain cleanliness.

Parking spot is not available.

We rent out on First and Last month basis. Employment proof and Photo ID will be required.
