Hello!! Looking for a roommate for this awesome walk-up apartment just steps away from Woodbine TTC station. It’s spacious, comfortable, recently renovated by the landlord, and fully furnished with everything you need. Your room has a comfy queen sized bed and big closet. It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a little guest bedroom within the laundry area. One or two nights a week (Wednesday and Thursday nights), the landlady will be sleeping in that guest bedroom while she’s in the city to help take care for her grand daughter. Don’t worry though, she’s a sweetheart and just keeps to herself!
