Brand new 3 bedroom 2.5 bath modern townhouse. Spacious, bright, high ceilings in a new neighborhood, 3 levels. Close to hwy 21, wye road. Second bathroom is upstairs next to the two bedrooms, half bath is on the main level.

A very chill mom with a 4 year old who loves the outdoors, sports, travelling. I don’t drink or smoke or party. I work Monday-Friday on site and usually like quiet evenings at home (but keep in mind there is a child so it’s not always quiet, bonus if you love music or sports haha) we spend a lot of time at rec centers in the winter. I like to keep a tidy, clean home and expect the same. I expect a tidy, responsible and respectful human who cleans up after themselves.
