Large private room furnished with a queen sized bed (with new bed linens), desk/chair, dressers, closet, full length mirror, smart tv. Bathroom is near the room and shared with two other females. Includes all utilities, wifi and laundry. Kitchen and living area is shared. Located in quiet, residential neighbourhood.

A mother and two grown sons live on an upstairs floor, there are three rental rooms on a lower floor with a shared bathroom. Two of these rooms are currently rented to female university students. The third (which is shown in the photos) is available. In between those floors is a relatively large common living area (kitchen, dining room, living room, tv room, home gym etc.). These areas are shared by all.
