This space is not shared. It is private. It is in a really nice, quiet, and safe neighbourhood. There is a kitchenette in the unit that comes with fridge, slow cooker, toaster oven, kettle, and microwave. There is room for parking as well as bike storage.

There is one quiet and respectful adult tenant upstairs as well as two teens who live in the unit part time.
