Super cool young tech professional host new to City is looking to rent nice roll out bed couch daily short or long term monthly a couch in the apartment co share space 50$ a day. Really nice clean space near metro and 15 mins from downtown. Near lots of shops and bars and restaurants and in nice neighborhood in Notre Dame De Grace. Looking for young student or young newcomer needing a nice place temporary to get feet on the ground or just in between places or visiting. Great host cooks often and includes some meals, coffee, milk and cereal and sometimes fruits. If your tidy, cool and really open and friendly this may be the spot for you. Will share more pics of nice apartment including bathroom, lovely private balcony and bedroom. Bedroom is $110 per night and only short term and is a lovely comfortable Queen size Bed. Building is very quiet so no wild parties here but a nice clean lovely space to lay your head, rest, chill out or even get on your feet in the new City. Definitely a space for young men who are new to City and really want a place they feel welcomed and taken care of. Host is a busy exec always working and or working out or out dancing on weekends
