Somenos Road

This is an older farmhouse on a ten acre property. I lease land and farm here. All utilities included. Garden space available and plenty of tools here for any other projects. House is heated by woodstove but there is also baseboard heating in every room. There is a mattress with bedframe, closet, desk, office chair in the room to be rented. If you don’t need the mattress or desk I can remove it. Kitchen is fully equipped but feel free to bring your own stuff if you’d like. Shared space is furnished but has room for more. Appliances include stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and shared fridge. Rooms are: kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom with full tub/shower, laundry room (with additional toilet and sink) and an entryway for shoes/firewood.

I’m 32 and have two cats. I am not the landlord, simply looking for a responsible, clean, quiet roommate. References are appreciated. Thanks!
