Mahshid's room

An entire furnished bedroom (with brand new queen size mattress) with ensuite washroom (stand up shower) to yourself, with a good sized walk-in closet. The room is private, and on the top floor with 2 other smaller bedrooms and another bathroom (with cat litter). Our neighborhood is quiet, convenient and just a few blocks from Long Lake (on the Dunbrack side). Directly on a direct bus route. Great location if you work downtown, the North End, Quinpool district or HRM. If you drive, we’re few minutes from the beginning of the Highway and Bayers Lake! We have parking (on the street in front of our home), with room to fit all 3 vehicles during winter parking bans.

Mahshid (she/her) is 41 and from Iran; Works in IT (from home), has lived in Halifax since 2018. With her came Bruno (8 year old Cocker Spaniel) and Winnie (7 year old cat), who are the very best roommates you can have.

Mase (they/them) is 37 and from Newfoundland. They’ve been in Nova Scotia since 2012 and works as a Massage Therapist. They met the family in August 2018, and they’ve all lived together since May of 2019, in this home since September 2021.
