This is a large Victorian family home shared with international female students, this room is available from January 1 st 2025 The room is fully furnished , bed linen supplied, fridge coffee maker , all utilities are included wifi, internet, power , water , heat and the student can use the communal kitchen. The room is spacious and bright on the top floor and you share a full bathroom and an extra powder room This home is located in a very safe affluent area of downtown halifax . It is less than 10 mins walk to st Mary’s university or Dalhousie university plus major hospitals and 5 mins to spring garden shopping close to all supermarkets bus routes etc. have being opening my home to Many international students have stayed with me in this home for many years. They have company safety and a great environment to study and succeed in their exams. These rooms are only suitable for females too. students are responsible for their own cooking and food supplies they have use of a communal kitchen.

Mum and teenage daughter, 2 quiet small dogs and 2 cats other 2 other exchange students .it’s is a very large spacious safe home .
