Central Avenue

One room available in a nice home on Central Avenue near Dutch Growers. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, nightstand and a closet. The rest of the house is shared with 2 bathrooms, open kitchen, living room and basement with in house laundry. We have a great backyard with a firepit and multi level deck for seating. Parking in rear of house.

We are a fun loving couple that have a wonderfully cute 1yr old Golden Doodle. One of us is a cabinet maker that works during the day and the other is a Dance instructor that works in the evening. We are over the party portion of our life (beside friends visiting), so it’s a relatively calm and quite atmosphere.
