Looking for a new roommate for a bedroom in a 4-bedroom house at 979 Greenbriar Ave.

Room is 9.5’ x 11.5’ x 7’ with closet, unfurnished. Shared full and half bathroom, kitchen. House is 2-floors and basement, with steps at a front and side door.

Costs- $497.50 rent $29 hydro (avg. We’ve seen between $20-45) $ 30 Enbridge (avg. We’ve seen between $7 - $57) Bi-monthly water $48 (avg. Between 35-55) Internet $25 We share weekly costs (toilet paper, dish soap, paper towel, sidewalk salt) which is maybe $15 a month. Amenities- Central Heating and Cooling On-Site Washer and Dryer Nice backyard (we haven’t found a use for yet) Parking (can fit two cars, we don’t drive)

Location- 979 Greenbriar Ave On the 111 Bus Route (Algonquin or Carleton) 5-minute walk from 86 or 89 Bus Route (Algonquin, Downtown) Nestled between local stores like Farhat’s Bakery, Tim Hortons, McDonalds, Shoppers Drug Mart, local grocers, a gas station, and many others Quick bus ride to get to grocery stores and other fun stores and malls on Merivale Less than 10 minutes walk from Hog’s Back Park and the Hog’s Back Falls
