Room for Rent for quiet, mature female student

I am offering a comfortable and clean room with a bed and a closet included.

It is close to all amenities: •grocery stores •bus terminal •public library Etc

I rent from Ashburnham Realty and they are aware that I am looking for a roommate.

The room includes:

• Bed with a comfortable mattress
• Closet/storage -** Mounted TV that can connect to a Roku/chrome cast
• Room for a small dresser -vanity that can be used as a desk
• Shared kitchen and bathroom -Laundry unfortunately is not available but there is a laundromat 5-10 minute walk away that I personally go to -backyard -No partying/smoking

-I do have 2 cats so unfortunately this will be a spot for someone who doesn’t have any pets
