Looking for a like-hearted roomy (femme/female pref) to share this beautiful 2 bed + 1 bath townhouse on a quiet street near Cook & Bay.

Rent is 1500$/month each + 50ish dollars for utilities. We have AC, a gas BBQ, a beautiful SW facing deck, built in closets in each room and a big back yard (currently being finished). Over 1000sq ft of space to share.

About me:

• I’m a 36 year old entrepreneur who works from home. I spend most of my days creating content, podcasting, and working from my room. When I’m not working I’m usually going on adventures with friends and my 4 year old mini Aussie, Blue.

About Blue:

• Loves morning massages and snuggles in bed
• Will growl at suspicious looking crows, but generally sleeps all day and is quiet at home.
• Way too smart. He will put away his toys by name.

My ideal roomate:

• Doesn’t work from home (but could be flexible with the right fit)
• Doesnt have pets but would love to bond with my goodest boi.
• Doesn’t drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes.
• Isn’t a night owl (I’m up at 6-7am almost every day).

What I want in a space:

• A home that feels peaceful, clean, and is welcoming to relax in, free of overstimulation of TV’s, podcast chatter, etc.
• Open + non-violent communication.
• Community + connection are important to me. I’ll be hosting potlucks and women’ gatherings a few times a month, but would love for my roomy to be a part of one/both.
• Occasional shared meals, hikes, or evenings to connect. I’m more interested in a sister vibe than a tenant.
