This is a living with the owner arrangement, and is for short term stays up to 4 months only, and for those at least 21 years old.

Rent is negotiable/flexible depending on your situation and requirements.

One furnished bedroom in a legal basement apartment available.

Location is near the campus, and I have had hosted numerous students, recent graduates, visiting professors along with working professionals.

I’m a working professional, a non smoker, a social drinker and I don’t do drugs/cannabis. I work from home a couple days/week, live a semi-active lifestyle but am also an avid academic/current events reader, a sports fan, and a world traveler. Happy to do my own thing and stay upstairs, or can grab a bite together, watch a game etc. but depends on the roomie at the time.
