There are currently two 2-room units available which we describe as Suite 1 (Rooms 1 & 2) and Suite 2 (Rooms 1 & 2). Each suite could accommodate either 2 people for $1100/month ($550 each, preferably no couples) or 1 person for $800/month.

Both suites share a 3-piece bathroom (toilet, sink & shower) located between Suite 1-Room 2 and Suite 2-Room 2. There is also an additional 3-piece bathroom on the main floor accessible to all renters, along with a shared kitchen, shared laundry, shared library & multiple shared living areas with 2 wood-burning fireplaces.

All utilities (electricity, water & wifi - no landlines) are included, and the property is protected with video surveillance cameras outside as well as in the common areas.

We are a multi-generational family of hard-working women who believe in the giving and receiving of respect, for both people and property. We do share our home with a friendly, medium-sized dog & a handful of shy cats, but unfortunately cannot accommodate any more animals.

We welcome and enjoy peaceful gatherings, wholesome conversations and traditional values. We will not tolerate smoking in the home, but will permit it on the decks or outside. Alcohol is permitted within reason - there shall be no obvious intoxication or abuse of illicit substances anywhere on the property.

We look forward to getting to know you in an interview and giving you a tour of our 5000 square foot piece of Paradise. You will see both finished and semi-finished spaces, and hear about our plans for the future including a European spa (indoor octagonal pool with hot-tub style seating, a vaulted ceiling, ambient lighting and a high-end sound system) as well as our intent to one day host community events & activities on the property.
