Brand New condo in the Weston (York) Region. This building is approximately a 5-minute walk to the brand new Up Express railway station (fast train that only takes 10-mins to reach union station/downtown Toronto).
This condo is fully furnished (kitchen, bedroom and living room), approximately 750 square feet with a balcony and a great view of the Humber River Trail. The property also has access to a private studio/gym located on the first floor. There is laundry (washer/dryer) in the unit. There is a party room where you can host events/birthday parties, and a terrace/rooftop patio (located on the 7th floor). The building also has a lounge on the 1st floor. In addition, there is underground parking for guests (a parking pass will be needed for vehicle stays that are overnight, ask the concierge for the pass in order to let guests in). There is a buzzer code to let guests and delivery orders in (this will be given once move-in dates are set); There is also 24hr concierge/security guard on site.
The best part of this brand new condo is that all the amenities are located near the building site. It is only a 5-minute walk to the football field, baseball field, recreational center (swimming pool included), basketball court, skatepark and children’s park. This location is a good mix of city and nature as it is located right on the Humber-River trail with access to the river, walking/hiking trails and forestry on one side, and city locations such as commercial stores like Popeyes, Pizza-Pizza, Osmos, Wendy’s, Dollarama, Shopper’s Drug Mart, Tim Hortons, banks and grocery stores.
Utilities (Hydro/Electric) and Internet are included in the price of rent.
First and last is required in order to move in. A background check will be needed to be made prior to move-in date. On-site visits to see the unit are permitted, please schedule them in advance. Looking to rent for March 15, however, I am very flexible with move in date.
About the roomies
This condo is owned by my family and I am looking to rent out both rooms as I have since movee out London, UK. Ideally I would like I rent this property out to a couple, family, or pair of working professionals.
