It is only a 5-minute walk to the football field, baseball field, recreational center (swimming pool included), basketball court, skatepark and children’s park. This location is a good mix of city and nature as it is located right on the Humber-River trail with access to the river, walking/hiking trails and forestry on one side, and city locations such as commercial stores like Popeyes, Pizza-Pizza, Osmos, Wendy’s, Dollarama, Shopper’s Drug Mart, Tim Hortons, banks and grocery stores.

First and last is required in order to move in. A background check will be needed to be made prior to move-in date. On-site visits to see the unit are permitted, please schedule them in advance. Looking to rent for January 15, however, I am very flexible with move in date.

This condo is owned by my family and I live in this location with my younger brother. We are both working professionals. I am looking to rent out my room as I am moving to London, UK and the room will be empty. Please be mindful you will be living with one other person when you move-in, however, due to his work and personality he is hardly around. Most of the time he will spend in his room as he is a very quiet and introverted person.
