I am searching for a flatmate that would like to share a long-term lease in a 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom new high-rise apartment located in the downtown core of Ottawa.

Walking distance to several amenities such as groceries, restaurants, bars, galleries and Rideau LRT stop five minutes away. Ideally interested in someone close to the same age as me.

You would find access to the common spaces, get to enjoy in-unit laundry, dishwasher with a balcony as well. Large windows that allow you to enjoy a great view with direct sunlight as it’s a south-east facing corner unit. There is a fitness/yoga room, indoor pool and lounge room available within the apartment. Spacious bedroom. Unfurnished which allows you the luxury of designing your space just the way you like.

Heat + Hot Water are included as utilities. Choice of Bell or Rogers as internet providers. Secure bike storage underground. Car Parking is an additional $265/month. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

Full-time young professional in the hospitality industry. Typically away from home in the evenings. Love tennis, basketball, F1. Pretty easy going, approachable and enjoy direct communication.
