It’s an old heritage building with amazing tall ceilings, lots of beautiful character, stain glass windows and quite large for a two bedroom apartment (1250 sqft) on Queen St West. It has laundry in the unit, a backyard that is really quite beautiful in the summer. We share the backyard with our lovely upstairs neighbours.
About the roomies
My roommate is moving to the UK, so looking for someone to fill her room for the fall. I’m relatively new to Toronto (< 1 year), work in tech, hybrid WFH/office.
Looking for someone late 20s - mid 30s who’s clean, respectful & easy going, but also friendly and up for an occasional beer or hang. No couples or cats unfortunately. Dogs are welcome!
