We’ve got a lovely house with three separate bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shared washroom, and a cozy living room that’s perfect for hanging out. The basement is pretty awesome too—it has a washer, dryer, and even a space where we can jam or just chill.

We have a backyard, and there’s a parking space if you need it.

We’re right across the street from a beautiful park, and we’re super close to Queen’s and KGH.

You’ll have two housemates: Maryna, a 20 yo girl from Ukraine, and Liam, a 21 yo guy from Oshawa, Ontario. We’re friends from the music program at St. Lawrence College, so if you’re a musician, it would be really cool to jam with you!

We’re easygoing and laid-back people who enjoy hanging out together in the living room. We try to keep the common spaces clean and nice.

Liam enjoys beer, and Maryna prefers wine :)
