I have two rooms available for female students in a lovely, fully renovated bungalow/split-level house. The house is just a 10-15 minute walk from the University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University, and Conestoga College, with easy access to transit right on Columbia Street.
About Unit B (Mixed Gender):
• There are 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a comfy common area, and a kitchen.
• Two rooms are available at $825/month per room.
• Utilities (water, gas, electricity) are included.
• There’s convenient coin laundry on-site, shared between both units.
• Newly installed AC and an instant hot water system.
Other Details:
• There are 5 parking spots available, plus street parking if needed.
• The location has a great walking score, and transit is super close by, making it easy to get around.
Important Notes:
• We’re looking for female students only.
• Sorry, no pets allowed.
• Internet isn’t included in the rent.
