About the room
The room I have for rent is unfurnished but a good size room. You also have access to the whole apartment. I encourage you to come out and socialize but not expected. All utilities are included . You will only have To purchase your own food and personal items. I can not have any other animals unless caged or something of that nature. I expect my roommate to be clean and do their own dishes as well as help with housework. The bathroom is shared but kept clean . Must love Cats.
