About the room
It’s a 3 bedroom house right behind Club Happenings, walking distance to all Osborne Village amenities including pubs, clubs, grocery stores, liquor store and more. 2 minutes walk to 16, 18 and 60 bus stop. 8 minutes walk to Blue bus stop.
House has a balcony/back porch and a front porch. The new roommate will get a big bedroom on the second floor with plenty of sunlight coming in through large windows.
In-house laundry and 1.5 bathrooms in the unit. Bathroom and kitchen will be shared.
About the roomies
two female queer roommates who mostly stay out and mind their own businesses. There are two cats in the house.
Roommates are pretty flexible with cleaning, guests, smoking (outdoors) and open to making other accommodations as needed.
