Basement suite. Low ceiling at 76” and 2 beams at 72”. I am 5’10” and lived in the dwelling for over 2 years without bumping my head. Internet included, bills split 50/50. Private entrance, close to shopping, transit, Hullo ferry terminal, 7 minute drive to VIU and 10 minutes from the hospital. It’s a unique clean unit with privacy. The bathroom and kitchen are both small but functional. I find it’s the perfect little place to keep yourself sheltered until you get to your next goal. The shower is very nice and there is a little room for storage.

I am a single dad living upstairs with kids a few days a week and some weekends. Quiet no parties. Seeking a student or hospital employee. I have contact with my past tenants which were students if you are looking for a reference as to what I am like as a landlord.
