Or Smaller bedroom + solarium converted into spare room/den. Solarium has tons of natural lighting, and I’m currently using as a home office. Price includes hydro, heating, AC in summer, gigabit unlimited bandwidth internet. Laundry is in building on bottom floor and is 24 hours.
Area is great. 5 min from Freshco, Dollaramma, Metro and a Wendys. 504, 501 and 29 take you to bulk of downtown.

About the roomies
There are some who call me…Tim? 30’s something IT and marketing professional. Love dragons, cold weather and relax with gaming and walks. I’m the only one in the unit, looking to find an awesome roommate to live here too.
