Utilities: All included (Water, electricity, internet, heating) House Rules:

• No cooking pork with shared pots, pans, and utensils.
• Clean up after yourself in shared spaces.
• No pets.
• No smoking. Zero tolerance.
• One person per room; additional occupants require notice and may affect rent.

Terms:

• One-month deposit for the last month of the lease term.
• Security deposit due upon signing; first month’s rent before move-in.
