Hey! I am looking for 2 roomies for a basement unit about 20-30 minutes from Uottawa by bus. It’s actually under renovation at the moment, so when we move in, we’ll have shiny and new appliances! They are also offering a $200 discount the first 6 months from the full price ($2800) if we move in on september 1st 2024 and sign a 1-year lease! So it would be $650 each the first 6 months ($700 each after that). Happy to send videos of the place and if it’s something you are interested, you can submit an application which is free except for the background check ($25) ☺️
