Hey! I am looking for 2 roomies for a basement unit about 20-30 minutes from Uottawa by bus. It’s actually under renovation at the moment, so when we move in, we’ll have shiny and new appliances! They are also offering a $200 discount the first 6 months from the full price ($2800) if we move in on september 1st 2024 and sign a 1-year lease! So it would be $650 each the first 6 months ($700 each after that).
