About the room
I’m renting a two bedroom apartment and looking for a roommate for the second room. There are two bathrooms but one with a shower so would need to share the shower. In suite laundry, dishwasher, split on two levels on 15th and 16th floors of building with beautiful view overlooking Edmonton. Pet free building. Lgbtq+ friendly. There’s a gym, squash courts and the building is very secure.
