I live a quiet life, I have been here for three years and rather than down size and having to move due to constant rent increases, thought it would be pleasant to have company. I seldom ever used the extra space and due to the fact that I like company, thought that a roomie might be a solution. There is a spacious lounge and a shared kitchen. I am looking for a long term renter with a sense of humor, one that likes board games, doesn’t smoke or use drug and is clean and tidy.
