Agricola Street

This is a 2 Bedroom +1 den and 1 bathroom apartment available to rent. We are looking for a maximum of two occupants to take over our lease starting September 1st 2024. The unit is a basement unit located at Agricola street in the North End of Halifax. There is no smoking allowed, and a 1 pet maximum policy subject to the landlord’s approval. One room is a bit smaller than the other room but there’s plenty of storage space around the apartment. And the lease ends in January 2025, but there’s the option to renew the lease.

The rent is $1927.80 per month excluding power/heat.

I’m a 21-year-old recent graduate who has just started working full-time. I’m queer, feminine-looking, and absolutely love cats (I’m planning to get one in the future)! 🐾

I’m looking to move as soon as possible since my landlord unexpectedly decided not to renew my lease. So, I’m desperately seeking a new place.

A bit about me: I’m friendly and energetic, but I also respect personal space and will give you plenty of room to do your own thing. I’d love to find a place where I can settle in soon.
