The condo is furnished. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen Bed and a few shelves. 1 bedroom and full bathroom would be yours. I’m looking for someone who is easy going, super tidy, and quiet.

It’s ideal if you don’t need parking unless you’re really easy going about moving cars. The parking spot is a long vertical parking spot so we would have to coordinate or you would have to rent another spot.

I’m a professional, I work in Finance. I’m generally always on the go or working on something. I love coffee, cooking, yoga, reading, dancing, hiking, and living a healthy lifestyle. I’m typically a night owl, but work has me waking up early. I’m in the middle of an extrovert and introvert. I have an eclectic taste in music. I enjoy making friends with my roommates.

I come from a big family, so I spend a lot of time with them. We have a family dog and sometimes he stays over, he’s a Golden Doodle, he’s hypoallergenic and has loads of energy!

I often work from home. I like my home to be quiet, peaceful space to recharge in.

I’m looking for someone who is positive, easy going, considerate, and very clean. Someone who generally keeps to themselves doesn’t mind having some noise from me making tea or washing a few dishes in the middle of the night. Ideally, I’m looking for a female roommate, however I’m open to males if super tidy, quiet, and gentle natured.

I’m interested in short-term over long-term roommates, however am open-minded if it’s an excellent fit.
