About the room
Basement room, sitting area and bathroom with storage space. Some access needed by owner but privacy respected. Shared kitchen and laundry. Looking for quiet student who will respect property and does not mind visits from my cat. Close to bus, trains and within walking distance of UofC campus (less than 1 KM). No private entrance. Street Parking.
About the roomies
This living space is in my home, so some arrangements/scheduling needed as some aspects of the home are shared. Prefer students who take studies seriously and want a quiet place to live and study. Also, must love a friendly cat who enjoys being with people if allowed. I am female, work in health care, love my home, have good neighbours and am looking for the right person to enjoy my home and find it to be a good living and study space.
