About the room
Looking for someone to take over the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a 2B/2B condo. This is a corner unit with tons of natural lighting, a wraparound balcony, lovely view, guest parking, and in-unit laundry. Utilities not included (Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and rental insurance paid monthly to leaseholder). Storage and parking not included.
The building is an old hotel which was recently renovated, and is absolutely beautiful. It is a 1-minute walk away from Shoppers and a 24-hour Rabbas, 3-minute walk away from Wellesley station, 8-minute walk away from Museum, and 10 minutes each from Bloor-Yonge and Bay stations, with two major bus stops right at the building intersection as well. It is located steps from Dollarama, LCBO, Galleria, Tim’s, a clinic, and tons of great food, coffee, and bubble tea places.
Amenities include multiple beautiful terraces with a BBQ set-up, an outdoor jacuzzi and pool, an indoor jacuzzi and sauna, party room, gym, theatre room, and more*.
Concierge is very helpful and polite, and elevators are quick to come. Could not recommend this building more, I love it here.
*some amenities not pictured due to access restrictions or presence of people, video tour available upon request
About the roomies
You will be sharing the condo with me (25F), the leaseholder. I am an incoming Masters of Occupational Therapy student (healthcare sector) at the University of Toronto. I’m friendly, active, clean and respectful. I am typically not home much between school and my social/active lifestyle, but I do like being around people and would appreciate having a roommate whom I can be friends with and go out with!
I love running, staying fit (spin-cycle classes, Pilates, etc.), going on walks, visiting parks and cafes and injecting matcha into my veins, and having deep talks. I’m also down to party once in a while, though being health-conscious, I prefer to do so only occasionally and do not usually stay out past TTC subway hours. During non-study downtime at home, I am usually either baking, reading, or watching reality TV.
