Mainfloor. 3 bedroom, 1.5 bedroom (half bath is an onsuite to the master bedroom which I rent). Seprate laundry from basement suite. Fully fenced backyard with a brand new back deck, shared with basement tenants. Parking pad and street parking available. The available room is unfurnished. The third room is currently set up as a spare room/tv room/exercise room.

Landlords are two of my best friends, husband and wife, whom I’ve known for almost 10 years.

I’m a 35 year old woman. I work full time as a Project Coordinator and Office Manager for an Environmental Consulting Firm. I keep a clean and fairly quiet home; my party days are long behind me. To list a few of my hobbies: I enjoy plants/gardening, hiking, bird watching, biking, camping, crocheting, and puzzles. I jokingly say that I’m 35 going on 87. While I enjoy being active, I equally enjoy my “introvert time”. Binging comfort shows and cleaning the house while listening to music are normal weekly occurrences. I value respect, communication, and kindness in all relationships, including a roommate. I have a cat, a crested gecko, and will probably be getting a kitten soon (Dog in the photos has moved out).
