This beautiful downtown condo located right in the heart of Edmonton is steps away from the LRT station, bus stops, restaurants and bars, gyms the Ice District and Jasper Ave. The 104th Street farmer’s market and other events occur throughout the year in this lively area. Your room has the ensuite. There is in-suite laundry, air conditioning, and a large balcony with a natural gas line. The place is furnished but you can choose to bring your own furniture if you’d like. Your room can include a bed if needed.

I am a healthcare professional working at the Royal Alexandra hospital. I keep a sanitary and tidy home and am especially respectful of shared spaces yet also easy going and adaptable. I am quiet and tend to keep to myself to decompress after a busy day with patients. I cook occasionally and am diligent about ensuring a clean and sanitary shared space. I have a lot of experience living with roommates. Outside of work, I am a hobbyist photographer, often meet up with my friends who the majority of which live in the downtown/Oliver area.
