Extra room in a spacious apartment for rent. The room has its own bathroom and is mostly separated from the rest of the apartment. Great view, close to the Metro and Highway 400. The shared living space is already furnished and the tenant is welcome to use the TV, couch and space (respectfully), however they should know I spend most of my time in that space; to be alone, you will need to use your room. The room is also being used as a storage unit for the previous tenant’s things until I find a new roommate (I didn’t want him to waste money on a storage unit while that space is unoccupied), but I can assure you it will be emptied by the move-in date!

I’m a student at York University. I speak Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. I have a little chihuahua named DD who likes to roam. Cannabis friendly, LGBT friendly. I’m extremely flexible, but I do tend to enjoy that my apartment be clean, and I don’t like my personal stuff to be messed with. I like self-expression, art, physical activity and video games. I don’t throw parties, stay up too late or have people over often, but I do smoke cannabis. Most of my time in the apartment is spent relaxing in the living room. I’m quite friendly and non-judgemental, but I’ve also grown to enjoy my quiet time. I’m just looking for someone to take the extra room off of my hands and help out with the rent, but if we become friends that’s cool too :)
