Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment in the BLVD building in Beltline, downtown. If you want a great place to live 🙌, here are the details:

💰 Rent: between $1,200 - $1,300 including gas. Water, internet and electricity are an extra cost.

🗓️ Move-In Date: October 1st.

🏡 Room: Unfurnished, with large windows and coverings. You’ll have your own bathroom, which is outside and right next to the bedroom. Or if you prefer the master bedroom (which I am open to) you could have the bathroom inside the room. Common Areas include a balcony, a fairly new kitchen (we’ve only been here for 14 months), and a living room. There is also In-suite laundry—front-loading.

I want a person who is friendly, clean, respectful, and who values open communication. The apartment is usually quiet, so someone who enjoys a peaceful environment would be ideal ✨

I work a hybrid schedule—sometimes from home, sometimes at the office. When I’m home, I usually relax in my room, watching TV or reading. I value honesty, cleanliness, and organization ☺️ Also, I am open to sharing expenses such as cleaning, food, etc.
