Looking for a roommate for one bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located near Southgate Mall. The room is available immediately. The room is unfurnished, and the size is good (can easily fit a queen bed, table, closet, etc.) with a walk-in closet. The room has been cleaned, sanitized, and ready to move in.
This apartment is relatively more spacious (1000 sq. ft.) than most. It has a kitchen with a dishwasher, a roomy living and dining area, storage spaces, and a balcony. It is on the 3rd floor. A designated car parking (not street parking) is available at no extra cost, guest parking is also available. Laundry and dryers are in the basement of the same apartment building.
The neighbourhood is extremely safe, quiet, and peaceful. It is less than a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop to catch bus #709, and the Southgate Mall and LRT station are just 5 minutes by bus, providing easy access to major city locations by public transport.
Rent is $730/month, utilities are shared (high-speed internet is $31.5/month, electricity is ~$20-25/month, hydro is free). Damage deposit is $250.
