The bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, with a direct route to UoC. SAIT is within walking distance
The neighborhood offers essential amenities, including Scotiabank, Safeway, various restaurants like Kinjo, food courts, Boston Pizza, and is close to the Registry for any paperwork needs.
