Condo comes with great amenities (gym, pool, steam room, cold plunge tub, hot tub, library etc). The den is fully furnished with bed, mattress, desk, chair, standing light, closet with mirror, and a washroom inside the den. The location is minutes walk away from the supermarket (H-Mart, Longos etc.), restaurants, shops, and uoft.

Hi! I am a young working professional in the finance industry. I mostly work from home and am very clean (I am very particular about cleanliness as such I try to keep my place as clean as possible). I usually do light cooking (mostly vegetables meals, instant noodles etc.), watch shows or go to my friends’ place to play boardgame. Would only prefer a clean and organised tenant! We will be splitting hydro+internet bills (approx. $65 per person). No pet, no smoking, no gatherings, preferably simple cooking. Looking for a roomie with a similar lifestyle!
