About the room
One bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment with shared living space. Located right by the University of Alberta on the west end of Whyte ave. Building includes a gym, movie theatre, and pool. Pet friendly, with a deposit. The apartment is in the ground floor with access to the street through our patio. There is an H-Mart in the building an a Safeway 2 blocks away. Ignore the bad photos. These were taken after my roommate started to move out.
About the roomies
I am 27 and work full time, I am typically pretty quiet as a roommate but will occasionally have people over. I spent the past 3 years living with my best friend who is girl, so I am open to any gender living with me. I have one small dog, named Meja. If you are to move in you have to be a dog person as Meja is super affectionate after warming up to you.
