My room and the “Menagerie” are on the opposite side of the apartment from the Room for rent, locks on room doors, room is on the north side of the building so no worries of st.clair street noise and chaos 😅
Location is great for commuters; streetcars right out front and busses running frequently at all hours. Street parking available by permit. Lots of grocers, gyms, parks and more close by. most Toronto Attractions and Parks (Christie, High Park, Trinity) within a 15min drive. neighbourhood has a nice mix of both city life on Main Street and quiet urban side streets.
Linens, towels, pillow, everyday cleaning supplies/tools, laundry detergent will be available to use as needed.

I face mental and physical health challenges daily. I’m not dangerous just a lil 🤪. Clumsy AF, so as much as I try it can be difficult to keep quiet, plus the aspect of living with a parrot can be a bit loud too. She’s not as loud as some can be (since she’s small) I enjoy chatting and also definitely have my not so talkative and seemingly stand offish days/moments. I’m down to leave a person be or be more interactive. That’s up to you.
I’m Currently unemployed so I’m home a lot taking care of my animal babies; senior, disabled chihuahua a 30something adopted parrot sister who is needy, messy and loud at times(she has her own designated space), and finally a basically non existent docile af 19 yr old Snek.
The other roomies are a bunch of plants all around the place :p they are quiet and will leave you be.
