About the room
A private - cozy - chick single bedroom is available September 1st to one (1) student (no sharing), working student, and/or professional. There is a full bath just outside the room that is private (not shared by anyone). The room is fully furnished with bed w built-in drawers, a closet, a private terrace, and a desk for studying can be provided.
The house is located walking distance to public transportation, banks, Wal-mart and is only one (1) bus ride to Sheridan College (15 mns).
Common areas (living room/dining room) is shared. There is no smoking/alcohol (cigarettes, vaping, drugs and alcoholic beverages) allowed in or anywhere near the home premises. Parking is available with Town of Oakville for $50 monthly.
About the roomies
The TH is lived in w homeowners - couple married for 25 yrs. Their 3 children are all away in University
