About the room
4 bed 1 bath basement apartment located on Oxford Street near Quinpool, walking distance to Superstore and a bus stop right outside. Approximately 15 minutes from campus, would be ideal for a Dal or King’s student. Rent is $915/month plus utilities. Smoking must be done outside. Ideal for a student, but anyone is welcome to inquire! Parking is available but you must be willing to discuss the terms with the landlord. Preferably you would stay until the end of lease in August 2025, but we are willing to negotiate month-by-month stays.
About the roomies
Three university students all under the age of 21. We all need time to study so we’re hoping for the house to be quiet a majority of the time (nothing extreme just like, dont have music blasting 24/7, yk?) Two are in their second year at King’s and one is a NSCAD student.
