We’re two professionals in our 30s looking for an easy-going, responsible, and tidy third roommate to join us in our charming, fully furnished 3-storey townhouse in Armdale (south of the rotary).

The room comes furnished with an optional double bed, dresser, and shelving. We’re a queer-, trans-, and femme-friendly home and have a strong preference for women and queer folks.

Who We Are You’d be sharing the space with two long-time friends in our late 30s — one straight woman and one gay man. We’ve lived here for the last two years and are looking for someone quiet, mature, and settled both personally and professionally.
