Very clean private furnished room . Home located on no through street , very quiet and private adult community. 5 min walk to downtown, bus 2 blocks . Private back yard , parking available. Room includes TV and cable . All rooms have locks for security and privacy. Very clean and quiet home.

One young lady lives on ground floor , room available on upper with bathroom beside bedroom. My room also on upper floor with living room and kitchen area. We both work fulltime and are very quiet.
