$600 A private room for rent for female A furnished private room is available for rent starting from September, located in a spacious walking basement in a detached house not far from Keelesdale and Eglinton West intersection. The basement includes the kitchen, 2 washrooms (so 2 roommates per washroom), the laundry and dryer, the storage room and is shared with 3 other roommates all females renting in private rooms. The tenant should be a clean, respectful, quiet person and preferably a Muslim Arab female (But not necessary). The room is suitable for a working person only. No overnight guest, no parties, no smoking, no too loud music and no parking. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, only 3-5 min walking from the bus stop. Groceries (No Frills, FreshCo, Dollarama, Canadian Tire..) banks(TD, Scotiabank) and restaurants are nearby. First and last rent payment are required. Price: 600$/months including utilities, Internet and laundry.
